| In Organization of St. Clement Ohridski Main and University Library in Bitola - Exhibition of Books on Ilinden Coming Soon
(Vecer, 21.07.2003) - St. Clement Ohridski Main and University Library in Bitola is preparing an exhibition of books, monographs, periodicals, separates etc. in honour to the 100th Anniversary of Ilinden Uprising. The show will also display works by renowned historians, scholars, publicists, chroniclers, and analysts who have contributed to factual and argument-based clarification of the national value of the jubilee, which encompasses a great part of the library’s operating.
The library in Bitola’s programme on the national jubilee also includes theatre setting of literature works dedicated to Ilinden, Ilinden Epopee and legendary figures - books by eminent prose authors and poets in every genre who have written about Ilinden events and heroes, the everlasting themes for Macedonian literates.
A rich artistic programme featuring prominent Macedonian authors is planned within the exhibition.
