| Macedonian Radio Starts with Satellite Programme
(Vecer, 21.07.2003) - An experimental satellite programme of the Macedonian Radio - Radio Macedonia - is starting today at 5.00 a.m.
The realization of the project is included in the events in honour to the 100th Anniversary of Ilinden Uprising, 100 years from Goce Delcev’s death, and 100 years form the publication of “On Macedonian Affairs” by Krste Petkov Misirkov.
Radio Macedonia will be the service of our nationals in the Diaspora conceived as a bridge through which they will always be informed about what is going on in their native land.
Radio Macedonia will present information on daily news through Internet to listeners abroad and our fellow citizens in neighbouring countries, and will assert the sheer values accomplished by Macedonian citizens through programme sections.
